True Colors Tangible Change Behavioral Health Services (TC2)  is an OMHAS Licensed Behavioral Health Agency located in the Greater Cincinnati area, providing an array of Behavioral Health Services. We serve youth, and young adults ages 7 to 21 years of age, who may be dealing with the effects of Mental/Behavioral Health! 

Our Vision is to be a Leading Behavioral Health Agency in the Greater Cincinnati Area. 

Our Mission is to empower youth and young adults through Behavioral Health Services, by helping them realize that our True Colors make us who we are but change is inevitable, necessary, and Tangible when desired. 

Our goal is to help youth and young adults address their Behavioral Health at an early stage,  to work through obstacles in order to become healthy and productive adults.
